Doesn’t sync

This app is absolutley useless!!! Doesn’t sync with anything including (Iphone6, IPads ver 7.1.1)
After paying $15 does nothing… Argh! This thing can’t find any device what so ever. Tried every possible combination. Useless! Just waisted time importing data. FIX IT PLEASE!
